One of my favorite movies is Wall Street starring Michael Douglas and Charlie Sheen (and Martin Sheen). I heard rumors over the years that there would be a sequel to the movie.I learned that Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps is showing at the Cannes Film Festival today and is scheduled for theatrical release in the U.S. on September 24, 2010. The movie is supposed to be centered around the impending economic collapse of 2008.
The original movie was known for its memorable quotes. I found this quote from the upcoming movie by Gordon Gekko: Someone reminded me I once said "Greed is good". Now it seems it's legal. Because everyone is drinking the same Kool Aid.
